Volunteers

LPCA welcomes volunteer participation. Please email events@landpark.org if you’d like to volunteer at an LPCA-hosted event.   These events include;

• Annual Spring Egg Hunt, usually held in mid-April,
• Taste of Land Park fundraiser, scheduled for June 10th, 2012
• PicNic & Flick, our movie nights in the park during the summer

• Land Park Home Tour, held each September.

Members may also want to volunteer their time to monthly Land Park Volunteer Corps work days held on the first Saturday morning of each month from February through November.

The board of directors consists of neighborhood volunteers.  The board has up to 15 members who each serve a two-year term.  Board terms are staggered. Elections are held once a year at the membership meeting in March.  The candidate nomination process is very easy. To learn more, contact the LPCA vice president at vicepresident@landpark.org.

Board members also serve, and are chairs of, one of the LPCA’s eight standing committees.  The board welcomes membership involvement on these committees. Click here for information on the LPCA committees.
